Add and Subtract Within 1,000 Worksheet (Set 2) – Grade 2
Add and subtract three-digit numbers, with adding and taking away mixed on every sheet. The easy sheet is mental maths: 10 more, 10 less, 100 more and 100 less, like 456 + 100 and 730 − 10, and adding or taking away a multiple of 10 or 100, like 456 + 30, where only one digit changes. The hard sheet adds and subtracts two three-digit numbers with one regroup in the ones, like 347 + 256 and 562 − 237, and finds a missing number, like 245 + ? = 568. No answer is ever below 0 or above 999.
